I enjoy working with the people in my team.

Cons

Very uncertain feeling in the department at the moment. Although it is nice to be involved with such a big organisation it is made clear that TFC is the smallest priority.

- Pace of change is slowed by corporate IT and budget constraints - Over complicated pricing and product strategy. - Training opportunities are average - Lack of investment in local IT (Very constrained when asking for new hardware and software) - Change management not fully engaged with operational / delivery teams - Not enough leadership to align the business momentum.
