      Pros

      Fleetcor cares about its employees and seek to create a career path for all employees. They encourage you to reach your potential. There are many different departments within Fleetcor, if you would like to try something different to what your used to doing, there's plenty of scope within the business to do this.

      Cons

      Fleetcor use temps to fill in, this causes a high turn over and can effect how a team gels. Inter department communications could be more effective, and knowing how well the departments are doing to contribute to the success of the business could be more frequent.

      Pros

      Fleetcor Friday is the only plus thing I can say for this company.

      Cons

      Having The Fuel Card Company under the fleetcor umbrella has really lost all trust and enjoyment with my time here, No team leader or actual manager for some time has given me no confidence within the company, continuous miss telling of commission and then not being paid what I was owed leaves bad taste within this company. Not only that, being tarnished with the same brush of customer who are ripped off and miss sold products.
