Thank you for your review. Since you are still a current employee the first thing I would suggest is come and speak with someone in Human Resources about your complaints. I honestly believe the HR Department can help with whatever the issues are. Our core company values are Innovation, Execution, Collaboration, Integrity and The People. We work extremely hard to maximize these values. Next I would recommend joining one or more of our committees so you can have more input with our company events, our newsletter, wellness initiatives, and philanthropic efforts. Your opinion maters to us so again thank you. Hopefully you will find the time to speak with someone in HR about the problems you have seen. As we continue our focus on the company's growth, I look forward to solving any issues you have. RC-GCM, HR

Pros

They sure do know how to make and protect their money. They are constantly acquiring other companies.

Cons

Very shady benefits. No opportunity for growth. No transparency within the company. Did not receive a pay raise or promised bonus is almost 3 years of employment.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry your experience with us was poor. Although we do not have the best benefits on the planet (I'm sure some company, somewhere, provides free benefits to their employees) we are very happy with our benefit options. FLEETCOR has completely absorbed any increase in health insurance costs over the last 7 years and has refused to pass that cost to the employees. As for opportunity for growth, over 40% of our management team were promoted into their current roles. The opportunity for promotion exists when someone has excelled in their current role for 12 months. We do provide performance-based increases and they can also happen annually. The "management pyramid" is a necessary aspect of business. I'm not sure if you expect the CEO or other high-level management to pass down information directly but they have a job and tasks to accomplish also, which is why there is such a thing as mid-level management. We focus on making sure all of our managers have the right tools and training to maintain a high level of success. Although it did not work our for you at FLEETCOR, we wish you the best in your future endeavors. RC-GCM, HR

IT Slave

Pros

You get a paycheck. That is really about it as this place really sucks.

Cons

The con list is huge! The CEO and CIO do not respect their employees. The CEO calls IT "bad calories" and has no interest in investing money in any IT project. Most FTE jobs are being outsourced. Layoffs everywhere even though the CEO is raking in $40 million a year. You get no stock options, no bonus plan, horrible 401k match and really expensive medical coverage. No raises and no employee reviews. People who are in VP positions have no experience leading an organization this size. If you are an IT professional run away from this place.
