Too many to list. Horrible management...theft and territory violations everyday. Constantly lied to about any and everything concerning your accounts. Management is full of narcissistic ego driven people who lack the basic human people skills to even be considered worthy to be in their position.

It is uncapped and unlimited commission and several people are taking advantage of it. At 100% the commission rate is accelerated by 50%.

Cons

Not many people are doing 100% and those that are still fall in the $55 - $65k range cause of you screwy the compensation plan is.

With the current structure we have several employees in the sales department earning over 100K per year. The great news is we are currently reviewing all elements of the commission structure and are looking to make it even more competitive for our reps.
