Pros

Schedule flexibility but is all dependent which manager you end up with

Pay is abysmal. Luckily this is a 2nd job for me or I would not be making ends meet. No raises for 2026. High productivity expectations on top of requirement of calling payers for every account which is not reasonable. You do great bringing in money but that’s not enough. Only negative feedback 24/7. You love being stressed and treated like a child? This is the job for you.
