Cons

ne area I am currently improving is my exposure to inpatient DRG coding and denial writing. My experience has been more focused on HCC and outpatient coding, but I am actively upskilling and confident in quickly adapting to these areas

Cons

Work Pressure is way too high in comparable to other Medical Coding company. Layoffs happen way too often, so make a backup if possible.
