“Easy” work if it weren't for the leadership

Cons

Toxic. The leadership will feed you a lot of positivity when you start. However, they overload you with work. They say that they distribute the workload evenly. They do not. They micromanage you all day. They have no empathy for anything that you may be going through. HR does nothing to help you even when you provide evidence of your concerns. They gaslight you constantly. You receive very little training. They DO NOT care about their hourly employees.

Cons

PTO is next to nothing, management isn’t helpful and knows nothing. They micromanage you really bad. They never follow up when you ask for help. You’ll have to train yourself.
