      If you get hired then their is good incentives

      Cons

      No job security, you can be terminated for either taking more than 3 leaves or scoring less marks in your training period The management lacks empathy and is very rude Working hours are strict and even Saturdays are not spared and they are proud of it Manipulative and arrogant managers
