Flexible work schedules and decent holiday/PTO. They are finally matching a small % of 401k

Cons

No reward for longevity. Salary and benefits are lower than similar companies. lots of shuffling employees from one account to another. They keep hiring new people, but long term employees are running out of work.

PTO is good. Annual raises, even if they are small it is something

Cons

Used to be a family like atmosphere. Now we never hear from management unless it’s something bad. Coders are afraid to speak up. Seems like they are trying to get rid of the senior coders who they pay more. Audits have been Terrible and late! Management doesn’t seem to care about anything but the dollar figure. Increasing productivity while we are all getting poor scores on audits. Few meetings that are had with management are rushed and they don’t allow time for questions.
