Been here for about a year. This is a great place to work. We have flexibility and work/life balance. The leaders truly listen and are open to our ideas. There are so many opportunities for growth if you are interested and different paths.

Cons

I do not really have cons of this company. I can create my own schedule as long as I get my work done which is nice and provides flexibility with my family.
