      Pros

      The environment is extremely good in my specifically process it seems associate have been heard and their concern seems to be resolved in timely manner.

      Cons

      The only drawback for me is related to festive season for example their were no perks or sort of benefits on Diwali which seems to be the biggest festival in India.

      Incentive Criteria is good. HR are helpful.

      Cons

      Long weekends gets locked without concerning from the employees and it is just a email that we received. Time on System effects ratings for appraisal instead of Production and Quality is Excellent.

      The incentive criteria is good, and the behavior is professional.

      Cons

      We did not receive any gifts for Diwali, nor were there any activities held during Diwali week only one. Furthermore, nothing was done for Halloween, and there have been no 'Fun Friday' events since I moved to the new building. Moreover, there is a big issue with taking leave (or vacation/time off).
