Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear you had a strong start and have appreciated the guidance and learning you received during your first few months with us. We understand your concerns regarding management transitions and communication. It’s true that we experienced some leadership changes within that timeframe, which can understandably impact team dynamics although we strive to ensure all of our processes and protocols remain in place during any leadership changes. That said, our goal throughout has been to maintain consistency and transparency wherever possible. Regarding communication and staff involvement, we strive to keep all team members informed—especially when changes affect their day-to-day responsibilities. While formal staff meetings are typically held every 4–6 weeks, we also conduct smaller discussions and check-ins as needed to ensure that changes are thoughtfully communicated and well understood. We always aim to involve those directly impacted by any decisions, even in cases where the impact may be minor. We would like to learn more about your feedback.
