Pros

Great residents, some great coworkers. This is the only reason I gave one star, I'd give zero if I could.

Cons

Horrible management (director of nursing). Neglect of residents being swept under the rug when reported. Understaffed, overworked, skilled residents living under independent and enhanced living. Enhanced living was supposed to be a step between independent and assisted. Nope, it's the umbrella term that Laurus uses to bring residents in that don't qualify for independent, but assisted living won't take bc they are two person assists, or should actually be evaluated and considered skilled. Underpaid, cents for annual raise, not based on your performance but your team as a whole and your teams relias completion.

Great staff. The residents are friendly for the most part. There are a few tough ones.

Cons

Always seems like we could use 1 more staff member.

Not much work life balance ED not helpful with helping gain clients which made the job ten times harder
