      Where to start, there are so many positive things to say, the benefits, the pay, the many, many contests, the opportunities to be promoted from within. I highly recommend getting on board with this Company if given the chance. The many resources that are available to you to constantly grow & the open door policy of upper management who is there to mentor you if necessary. The Owner is very down to earth and approachable, I have had the opportunity to meet Mr. DeFrancis on 2 occasions in less than a year. Cortland has a fantastic team of employees who obviously, like myself love what they do & it shows!

      Cons

      The Company has grown so quickly and doesn't seem to be slowing down any time soon! Which is great, however can also present some challenges if the community needs to be renovated. The quality of work, high-end finishes and vision of the end result, will make the work & time worth it in the long run. I look forward to its completion and feel proud to be a part of its progress.

      I have work with Cortland Partners for three years and must say I am so glad I made the decision to join such a great company! I have been in the multi-family business for 30 plus years and this company truly cares about 'Creating Value For A Better Life' not only for their employees but also for our on site residents and guests. Cortland goes above and beyond to provide awesome places to live, work and grow together. Their commitment to the individual is far above what I have witnessed anywhere else!

      Cons

      It is hard to find the cons with Cortland. If I had to say, I think the hardest part is the growth and finding more great people to fill the roles needed. We look at so many people to find the perfect fit for the company and for the individual roles. Selecting the right person for the team is a hard process.
