Pros

None, they feed you lies about the culture when it is just surface deep. Take a little of the show away from the public and they show their true colors. I worked for them for 6 years and worked so hard I sacrificed so much for them to not only allow toxic culture and behavior from subordinate and associates that you managed such as allowing them to be racist, cuss you out and blatantly be insubordinate and then write you up and try and demote you for the team not performing. I worked their flawlessly for 6 years and at the end of my time there I had stabilized 2 properties that had been the black sheep or dark mark on their portfolio since acquired. When it was all said and done associates that not only were hostile and insubordinate, racist and straight up threatening to fight me were not only given a big pass but they were rewarded by getting a pay raise and still continue to work for the company a year after i left. I attempted to notify management so many times and was shut down so many times and then written up because community manager was not acting on all the documented times and instances where it was brought to their attention and they didn't even sit down with them and have a coaching session or disciplinary action I went directly to HR and and then I was not only demoted but held liable for their actions when I found my wife to have cysts inside her nasal cavity and health issues I attempted to step down but was told if i didn't take a 7 dollar paycut that I would be terminated. It was the most absolute horrible company that I have worked for and on top of that because I decided to leave the company they trumped up the fines and charges when I moved out they ended up fining me over 10,000 dollars in fees and false reported damages.

Cons

I wouldn't recommend them at all. Stay safe and don't allow their abuse
