I worked here over 3 years ago and this was still the best company ever. Fun culture. Good money. Great management. Reggie Morris, was my favorite.

Health Insurance (Cigna) from the first day you start along with PTO accrual. Cortland passes off a great company culture and has an abundance of training. They use great systems like Onesite/Realpage and Funnel.

Cons

Gossip, gossip, and more gossip with the hire ups. Lack of support from the Manager and Assistant. Regional does not care about Employee complaints regarding hire ups. You are fired or punished for speaking up about work bullies. The pay for Leasing Consultant starts at $13 per hour, which is $3-4 less than what other companies pay Leasing Consultants.
