- opportunities for growth - detail-oriented and caring direct management - consistently working on branding to ensure best customer service in the business - lots of centralized services and support teams to help onsite workers

Cons

- pay could be better, but that is the industry as a whole - although benefits are increasing, implementing more personnel onsite would allow for workers to utilize PTO more freely
