Excellent pay, great benefits, working with service members.

Cons

Senior management is a joke and rely heavily on you placating them. They don't work with you to grow you they make sure you make them look good. There is no room for mistakes, especially when you're new, and the expectations set are so unattainable even They acknowledge there is no way to hit them, however; if you don't, then you are consistently reprimanded for it. Also, retaliation is a very real thing in this company!
