      Pros

      Good Learning experiences if you want to be in the property management field. Pay is good, and benefits are available but could be better. The schedule is easy to work with as well.

      Cons

      Not enough backing by leadership. If you are trying to get a resident to be in compliance with the rules of the housing development, management needs to back the team member that is trying to get the situation corrected. You also should not be made to feel guilty when you want to take time off if you have it available to use.
