We hold all of our team members to the highest standards. If any of our employees are aware of any unethical practices that our team members, including managers, are engaged in we ask that they reach out to us. Employees should feel comfortable going to a member of HR team or a manager whom they trust.

It was a very quiet and slow atmosphere. Company lost touch with employees and does not listen to staff.

Thank you for your feedback. 2016 has been a year of change and transformation for Corvias and we know some of these changes have been difficult on our team members. Our leaders have been visiting with team members at each of our locations and listening to their concerns. Based on these meetings we have been making changes, including hiring where needed and simplifying some of our processes to take away some of the burdens employees face.

Pros

The company listens to their employees, but knows how to filter through feedback that would lead them down the path of destruction. There's a lot of room for advancement and taking care of service members is truly gratifying. Leadership at all levels is supportive. Although the company has grown, it still feels like a family. Growth is a good thing! The benefits are beyond amazing. Our PTO is extremely generous, we have fantastic health insurance and a great 401K plan. Corvias looks out for their employees and makes sure our work / life balance is favorable. I couldn't ask for more.

Cons

There aren't any. All companies have things everyone isn't going to like. If we were all the same and agreed about everything, we wouldn't grow. I'm thankful for the forward thinking philosophy that allows innovative change.
