Pros

Great mission and purpose taking care of military families and now college kids and environmental projects. Provides great benefits and company covers a good portion of cost.

Cons

If you aren't part of the "in" crowd or rub elbows with the right people, you are left behind, disregarded and rarely get a pat on the back for doing a good job. Promotions are hard to come by, even though it is stated that they like to promote from within. Not receiving accolades can diminish drive and employees can lost motivation and the love for their job.

We want all of our employees to feel they are getting the rewards and recognition they deserve. If any employee feels excluded they should feel free to talk with their manager, Human Resources or any member of the leadership team.

The company overall is okay. Just not the Fort Rucker bosses.

Cons

If you aren't one of the pets then everyday is bad. There's a group of bosses who call themselves leaders that are big bullies. They lie about people and like to fire people who aren't in their circle. One of the bosses has even been caught drinking at work more than once by residents and workers but she's a chosen one so she keeps her job. Don't work here unless you want to be bullied daily.
