Pros

Excellent benefits, exceptional compensation considering the cost of living in Kansas. Genuinely works their absolute hardest to satisfy even the most absurd customer needs (example: installing a lockbox around someone's thermostat so the kids wouldn't keep raising the energy bill). They truly take care of their residents.

Cons

Lack of manpower causes employees to be thrown around office to office, sometimes even without adequate training when thrown into different company positions. Management does not seem interested in the personal growth of each employee, considering the employee turnover rate is rather alarming. Although reimbursed, I was not okay with using my personal vehicle to show homes on a daily basis.

Pros

Corvias Group is a great organization to work for and stands by their mission. The company is growing providing great advancement opportunities. Corvias is taking P3 partnerships to a new level and setting the standard in the industry.

Cons

With the growth also come job loss and confusion. There are not enough veterans and spouses in the organization to understand the needs of some of their partners.

Thank you for your review. Corvias is certainly expecting large amounts of growth in the near future. We are working hard to innovate and keep moving forward. It takes the entire team to help an organization be successful and we are proud of our team members. Admittedly, there are challenges when a company experiences growth; however we try hard to keep the lines of communication open. We’re not always perfect, but we try to be open. We are committed to supporting military service members and their families. We are currently partnering with Hiring Our Heroes to market our jobs to veterans and military spouses. Additionally, we continue to look for ways to partner with military organizations in support of talent acquisition.

Good pay and benefits, at one point.

Cons

Upper Management has no idea how ineffective many Assistant Managers, Managers and Maintenance Supervisors are and how they take the credit of any beneficial outcomes from their office staff as if it were their own. Many have no leadership, manager, or people skills. They have no business being in the positions that they are in. Some of the best employees this company has ever had, have been pushed out the door, willingly left or were terminated without proper investigation.
