Great Company, Lacks Leadership Accountability

Cons
It's important to address some areas where CoreLogic falls short. Diversity in the workplace is a clear issue, with leadership predominantly consisting of one demographic group. While there have been discussions about improving diversity, more concrete actions are needed to promote inclusivity at all levels of the organization. Another concern is the lack of accountability in the leadership. Some high-level leaders and their partners often seem to operate without consequences for their actions. This can create frustration and a sense of unfairness among employees who strive for accountability and transparency. Furthermore, there have been instances where employees feel that their voices and concerns are not heard or respected by higher-level leaders. Improved communication and active listening from leadership would go a long way in addressing this issue and boosting overall morale.
