Can be a good stepping stone into real estate industry

Corporate sees only cents and not the dollars. They will penny pinch and short employees if they think it will help stock go up a percentage of a point

After reading such bad reviews and then joining this company I was really expecting the worse, however, I am pleasantly surprised at how nice and helpful everyone is. You have complete freedom here to do what you want with your career. I am not micromanaged and is up to me to perform and do my duties. I really like that and I think inherently you need to have inner drive to work here. Software stack is solid here. You will learn a lot. One of my favorite things is coming to work every day to learn something new. People are passionate and knowledgeable. I'm still fairly new but felt that the bad reviews here did not tell the whole story.

Cons

There are a lot of meetings and a lot of different people with little pieces of information that you need to hunt down.

Casual work environment, goals are easy to hit.

Cons

Upper management only cares about the bottom line. CEO backed out of major contract with their biggest client, which forced them to close an office, laying off hundreds of employees.
