      Let the exodus begin

      Pros

      It used to be a good place to work. Turn over was very low in my office.

      Cons

      Management has gone insane. They pretended to take employee input with a "PopIN" session to gauge our concerns. Work-life balance was a very high priority so they decided to end work-from-home and close a lot of offices. You can't even work from home in most emergency situations. Now every high value person I talk to is unmotivated and looking for work elsewhere. Way to destroy a company. In two years they may not even exist.

      There are no pros at this company. Since the 4th acquisition. And they are on the 7th!

      Cons

      A lot of double standards. A lot of men that click because of their hobbies outside of work. More advancement and job security because of who you know. ..not what you know. Extreme clear favoritism. If you suck up. ...your secure. If you express your ideas your shunned.

      Pros

      I loved my direct team, who did the best with what they had. Good benefits, fair pay I enjoyed my role and responsibilities

      Cons

      This company is plagued by its CEO. Strong employees drop like flies. This company could not care less about its employees. Turnover is rampant due to no remote or hybrid option. Leaders want this fixed, but are too afraid of political games with the CEO and CHRO.
