      Pros

      There are none, and I do mean none.

      Cons

      -Horrible code base, with development CTO/CEO/Management, who have no clue. If you're a coder, stay far from this place, there are so many better opportunities for you. -Nepotism -No work from home, hard helmets, hearing protection, paint masks, or any other safety equipment were offered during the building construction/remodeling. -pathetic pay -multi-million dollar bonuses to select top people(followed by lay offs for the rest of us) -no raises, except for the elite, as always. -company stock from employee stock purchases, are delayed several days, sometimes a week. -massive disconnect with management and reality. -anti-remote to the extreme. -management constantly lies, but deems it okay.

      Pros

      Wide variety of good products, accurate data, well known and respected in the industry.

      Cons

      New office layout is less productive, feels like a chicken-coup, can hear every conversation and difficult to focus. Licensing department is in complete disarray. Management close to non-existent, asks for advise and never listens, from a completely different industry and doesn't understand the segment. Lack of any response on email or support for any issues. Hires consultant to help do their job. Overheard making comments on staff likely the result of their own insecurity. Pure definition of cronyism which creates a toxic culture throughout the office. Worries company is struggling with the non-realistic goals and lack of product enhancements.

      Used to be a good place, but no more, look elsewhere

      Pros

      Some really nice people work, or used to work there, which are a pleasure to work with. There were opportunities to move into different areas, and gain experience in different fields.

      Cons

      There is just a lot of Big Company BS - if you hear stuff like, empowerment, people are our best assets, centers of excellence, excellence award - look elsewhere. Don't belief what you hear, but notice what is going on. I left and went elsewhere. The majority of the people I liked to work with are no longer there as well.
