      Pros

      Great colleagues, clients and direct supervisor. Good work life balance, good PTO, good 401k marching and ok benefits. Pay is decent

      Cons

      Corelogic does not care about you as an employee. If you work from home or an office that is not the TX office, your job is on the line no matter how you preformed or how long you have worked here. They built this huge office in TX and are trying to fill it with bodies. They are laying off people with 15-20 years experience and then wonder why they have a client retention problem. Products are starting to suffer because no one knows what they are doing and they have laid off all those that did know.

      Good benefits, 401K matching, ESPP.

      Cons

      Employees are seen as easily replaceable. Pay is very low. They would rather replace good employees than pay them.

      flexible schedule, the inability to communicate with the higher ups, steady pay check, outsourced HR department

      Cons

      low compensation, inconsistent 401k match, so bureaucratic that you cannot innovate, growth by acquisition is messy, inability to work from home, often no raises, 1 or 2 percent when they give them.
