      - Some genuinely smart and passionate people (especially at the mid management level) - Demote work positions - Decent industry reputation

      Cons

      - Lack of innovation and boldness in C-suite - Cognitive dissonance between company values and how people are treated and how things are run - Unwillingness to invest in where it counts (product, innovation, client resources) and bloated staff in places that add little value (HR, transformation) - Clinqy (people are judged on who they know, not what they know)

      Pros

      Pay was average, but the long tenure created strong bonds with coworkers who worked together to achieve shared goals. There weren’t many standout perks, but the friendships and sense of teamwork among peers made the experience meaningful.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations were common, and upper leadership often placed blame on other leaders rather than fostering collaboration and accountability. There was also a lack of recognition for the knowledge and contributions of tenured staff, which created frustration and impacted morale.

      Cotality has a great leadership team and have a client-first mentality while directly supporting employees to get their jobs done. Employees who work hard, and are active learners, are rewarded with new opportunities enabling them to succeed and advance their careers.

      Cons

      Clients can be demanding at times, but the leadership team supports you to overcome and deliver.
