      Good people and culture. Reasonably flexible so long work gets done. Good while at uni

      Moving up is difficult. New staff come in on high wages than the people training them

      Pros

      - Company is very involved with community - Pay is competitive - unlimited PTO - great benefits - remote roles - flexible work schedule - more stability because covers 3 major industries (real estate, mortgage, and insurance solutions)

      Cons

      - difficult to navigate the remote culture plus being a company of companies - silos (I have no idea what the other divisions of the company do/how they use data) - lack of strategy - lack of time for continuous learning and development - lack of transparency from leadership - miscommunication due to all of the issues listed above
