A two year resume run at best. HR is ridiculous. Expect to always be tasked with doing more with less. Turnover is bad and it takes forever to hire. Executive management is ridiculously out of touch. Expect to be layed off at any time.

There are numerous managers and senior leaders that should not be in the positions that they are in. They lack leadership and decision making skills. There are also many Managers and Leaders that are not very professional. Often times people are in the wrong position and need to be moved some place where they can provide more value. This is often to the benefit of the team. Unfortunately this is rarely done and good individual contributors often times find jobs elsewhere. In my particular case, I had a manager with poor communication skills. He/she assumed that he/she told you something when he/she didn't. That happened repeatedly to myself and others on my team. He/she was also very condescending so the conversations we did have were never pleasant. He/she also did not promote teamwork so it was not a pleasant environment to work in.
