- Basic pay - Employee appreciation days - Repetitive work

Cons

- Extremely poor treatment from management - Targeted bullying to employees who disagree with management - Cliquish culture (exclude workers who do not "fit" into the clubs) - All promotions are personally based, not on merit or seniority. - Compensation is poor. - Useless HR whose only skills can be outsourced to Paychex or ADP (no effective modern HR, only appeasers) - HR dept is only available in Texas, extremely disconnected

Its a job. I can't say anymore, but its a job.

Cons

extremely poor management, disorganized and no direction. The company stresses quality, yet production number quotas are unrealistic. I've only been there two months, and its a revolving door. There is no stability. Honestly, I am not sure why they had such a great reputation.

Ride the gravy train if you can - upper management has no clue about who works hard or slacks off from the low level employee to the VP. If you know the right people, you can earn your $$$ and laugh at your coworkers for giving a darn.

Cons

Incentive package/pay is terrible, no real reward for high achievement (crap spot bonuses and RSUs are laughable), demoralizing work environment, work facitlites are awful - at least in Westlake, TX. Unless you come in as a VP or above don't even think about working here to get ahead. Promotions are a joke, and having people make 95-100+% of their pay grade is common.
