      Steady paycheck and a clean campus

      Cons

      No growth opportunities, you will not advance no matter how hard you try. This company is not interested in employee development and they absolutely DO NOT promote from within no matter how qualified you are.

      Pros

      You don’t have to work that hard, flexible and no accountability. If you don’t do your job someone always just picks it up and does it and no consequences so if you are lazy and just want to sit back get paid and earn bonus it’s the place to be.

      Cons

      It’s obvious HR is out there getting people to fill out positive reviews.... this place is a stewpot of negativity, poor management, terrible strategy, and weak execution. Stuck in their old ways can’t clean up their act keeps acquiring on hopes that will be their savior but can execute right. Very slow to change. It is astonishing that the Board of directors allows Frank to stay after such a poor run!!! Anyone with new ideas either leaves or gets ousted. Avoid all together.

      The people and customers are exceptional

      Most of leadership doesn’t look beyond their own hands or at big picture. The morale and created culture has spiraled down over the past 5 years. This company is amazing and has such a bright future if leadership could get out of its own way.
