      Great potential if they can stop the chaos Great employees who can deliver if allowed

      Not Customer Centric Exec Mgmt is disconnected from what Clients need Lack of accountability at leadership levels Exec Mgmt values and rewards the wrong behavior - they praise leaders who claim to "put out the fire" but they never bother to understand how the fire started. Even worse, they don't value leaders who never let the fire start.

      Pros

      Insurance, 401k match, stock buying program, breakroom with free drinks/snacks, and ability to earn giftcards and rewards through an employee reward system.

      Cons

      After the acquisition, Corelogic promised us they they didn't buy us to "f it up". Then they processed to have layoffs, cut remote work(given choice of severance/come in the office), have more layoff as a cost saving measure which caused senior developers of eight plus years to look elsewhere. They have freed up tons of positions and money but refuse to match other offers in hopes of keeping the developers/domain knowledge. It seems as if everyone is replaceable and there is no sense of real job security or advancement. Open jobs haven't been filled or are being filled with contractors. And new title mappings group developers of 2 years-9 years with the same exact title.
