Majority of 5 star reviews have been encouraged by the leaders to improve ratings and are therefore inaccurate and mostly fake! Cons... - Closed and fixed mindset of middle management - Sickening sucking up to people within management cliques - 0 degrees of psychological safety - Despite the so called "Values" which have been chosen to fit the word "CORE" - there is little Respect shown to team members. - Institutionalized corporate bullying - Ownership means that you can be blamed for anything - Delusion from most executives about what is really happening on the floor - Self centered attitude - Quote: It is not about your team, you have to only look out for yourself. - A lot of patting on the back for mediocrity - Obsolete processes which when challenged are not addressed - Little investment beyond the "Project" to keep things well maintained and up to date - Modern day sweatshops or feature factory I can continue - suffice to say deeply flawed!

-Highly political culture. Everyone is on edge, as job security is very low esp. in the current property market -Toxic culture: cut-throat, every man for himself, throw others under the bus mentality to get to the top -Unrealistic expectations:They pay ok, but demand so much from you with little thanks -Executive Leadership and CEO incompetent: They have no real understanding of their customers, what's happening at the ground level, and no real strategy or leadership to move the business forward. One big business that's just acquired other ones, with no sense of vision or where the company is heading. E.g. far too many products, which spreads thin focus and limited resources. Even customers are confused about what the hell CoreLogic "does" -Low Morale: when I was there, there's a sense of feeling your job was on the line everyday. HR tries to dress it up with events and etc, but people aren't stupid. You don't dress up a pig and say this is a "good place to work"
