      CEO has no strategy for organic growth. Acquires good businesses ,makes promises, cuts costs Debt load is a concern. Exec team are all Yes Men/Women. Zero technology strategy. Cynical HR fosters Zero corporate culture Staff live in constant fear of losing their jobs to cost cutting,

      Pros

      I wanted to add something in here to be fair but after thinking about it for a few minutes I genuinely could not think of anything.

      Cons

      They tried to get everyone back into the office at the height of the pandemic and were surprised when they got push back. The compensation is incredibly low and below market standards for the amount of work you'll be asked to do. They fired an entire division over zoom right before the holidays, HR hung up the call mid-way through and everyone had to rejoin. The severance was disrespectfully low and then they tried to get people to apply and interview for different positions across the org as if they hadn't just fired everyone and were confused when no one wanted to apply. They have been consistently tone deaf and don't value all the incredible, hard working people who work for them. The top dogs make their millions and don't give a second thought to the people who actually do the real work.
