      Not the same company from years ago. New people in charge are making poor decisions regarding clients and staffing.

      Pros

      Immediate supervisors are supportive and knowledgable. Understanding of changes but hands are tied.

      Cons

      The philosophy of the company has changed. No caring for employees or clients anymore. Bottom line only goes so far. If you loose clients due to poor customer service and time service the profitability won't be there if the clients leave.

      Pros

      no one actually checked your time in or time out, Boss liked to leave early so she shoos people out so she doesn't look bad

      Cons

      Had a horrible boss, training was nonexistence, I think I knew more than she did on how to do the job. She likes to gossip, she does not follow through, said many times that she wanted me to interview with other managers to hire me, and she never did. She lost the company a major account and blamed her workers.
