      Pros

      decent pay, plenty of free parking, fair dress policy, some very bright staff, nice cafeteria, oversized cubicles, well lit work space.

      Cons

      Managers criticize, too many layers of management, poor raises and little if any opportunity to advance. Jobs filled by friends of friends. Management ego driven and sometimes vindictive, Upper management overly optimistic .

      Pros

      You want to further the corporate returns of a US multi-national, and the funds flow out of Australia. This company exploits Australian people's data and sends the money back to the US parent.

      Cons

      The worst employment experience I ever had. The US owned company was more interested in profit than people.

      Please be cautious of the fake reviews below. The recruitment team added them because the organization is struggling with high attrition and unable to attract talent. The tech stack is old, and most services are still monolithic, resulting in a prod incident almost every second day. The workplace seems chaotic, unstable, and often unsafe, with new ideas rarely being welcomed. The top management has changed two or three times in the last three years, with all new executives trying something different but leaving before anything gets done
