Pros

Bravo points, that's about it.

Cons

They bought out the company I had worked for. I'll keep this short - - corelogic branded everything? Why are you wasting plastic/materials to send me corelogic branded anything? I do not want this rubbish. Think about the environment. - you reduced our annual pay increases, when ironically you could afford to pay us more and then some, incredibly disheartening and a kick in the teeth - removing any bonus schemes previously in agreement and keeping them for their own sales staff only. Archaic and old fashioned way of doing things, the entire company is only successful from the operations team!! Wake up! - awful communication. They were incapable of clarifying roles, changes and who was in whos team. And this continued with time taking ages to onboard anyone. - way too many log ins and applications forced upon you, confusing and pointless, not user or staff friendly. - v clear they only cared about money, despite being a successful company, they took away our social budget which was spent on breakfast/tea and coffee for the staff, and any socials which included an Xmas party. We did not get any budget for anything for staff socials or morale. - they moved their own sales team with us but did not clarify or properly manage how this worked, said sales team were rude to current staff and then damaged a pre existing client relationship by approaching them as new business. So embarrassing, they had no idea how we worked and needed support from corelogic to have things clarified. We weren't even informed when one of them were off! Meaning new client on boarding was missed and we were blamed, an absolute joke. - someone having to be designated information security officer in the company, but not being given any training in the whole year they were assigned the role. - the most old fashioned pointless 'training' enforced on staff, archaic information and simply a tick box exercise. - made us move to an office which was in a poor location for ALL staff, and expecting us to come in? When Covid was still everywhere, we were told we would be forced to come in. Reckless, OLD FASHIONED.

Pros

NONE. There is nothing good about working here. There are some cool non manger people at the office, so I guess that would be the only pro.

Cons

Everything. The pay is horrible, I couldn't even afford my own apartment on it. We were on constant overtime, the work is difficult but you are expected to churn out research cases like it's an assembly line at a factory and doesn't take actual brain power. They have untrained people handling intensive legal situations and then threaten to fire them when a mistake is made. There is so much shady, semi-illegal stuff going on there. It is environment of constant threats and fear. And you will never get a break, ever. I could go on and on. This is the worst company to work for, I wake up every morning now SO glad that I quit and don't know what took me so long!

Pros

People were great and the scrum teams worked well, with collaboration and support for individuals within each team. Big data company with many insights leads to a very interesting and influencial product offering used by a wide variety of industries.

Cons

Lack of leadership and conflicting roadmaps resulted in negative experience due to forseeable blockers. This led to unhealthy negativity and teams looking out for themselves. Lack of professional development and support as 'Managers' were not trained as people managers and just inherited the role with no regards to people management skills.
