      Pros

      Hard working employees, genuinely trying to do the right thing, have some fun and be successful. Loyal to the big customers. HR is trying to improve the culture and the overall rating of this business

      Cons

      Some long term senior exec's in their jobs because of their tenure and experience not because they are good people leaders. Salaries are low to mid point, predominately due to archaic and out of touch big brother - the United States. Benefits are no better than any where else. All employees asked to enter high rating on Glass Door.
