      No Innovation

      Pros

      Work life balance is good, not much other than that. This post requires 20 words - I don't have enough good things to fill it up.

      Cons

      Layoffs occurring for three straight years. Growth is attained through acquisitions - no product innovation or organic growth. Cut, cut, cut which is the only thing the CFO knows. CEO is a stooge.

      Pros

      Good benefits, employer contributions to 401K and a lot of nice co-workers. Good work/life balance OK base pay. One of the pros is that my position used to be remote, but no more.

      Cons

      Too many changes. Disconnect with senior management making decisions that have very negative effects on employees being able to do their jobs properly which in turn negatively affects the data. Constant re-organizing and revolving door of employees results in a lot of brand new employees and the seasoned employees with all the knowledge are leaving or have left.

      Pros

      great people, good career progress. Company does a lot of custom work and should move to a more product approach. There are a lot of talented people and great learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Bleak office, not too many snacks/drinks. Could do more to engage and retain employees. Also a lot of reliance on contractors.
