      Pros

      The only real pro is gone. Working from home kept most of the talent and knowledgeable employees ok with working 60 -80 hour weeks but most of them are gone now. CL awarded employee stock last year but you had to stay for a year most didn't care and left anyway.

      Cons

      Indecision , bad decisions and a constant state of fluid changes back and forth. Large egos making decisions that cost the company just because they can with no apologies.

      Pros

      Reasonable pay. Large world wide company with opportunity to move up and into other areas. Paid time off, benefits, holidays.

      Cons

      While they offer paid time off, benefits, etc. they are more modest and more expensive than many other corporations of this size. They also recently implemented a policy of requiring everyone to work in one of their office locations, after years of remote employment. I have seen good people leave the company because they did not want to move from their homes.
