Pros

Flexibility to work from home for situations that warrant it prior to the beginning of 2016, when the privilege goes away. This year they gave shares of restricted stock to their employees which vests in a year.

Cons

Not competitive in the market to retain good talent. VERY minimal investment in their employees - an example is if they scheduled a (long) lunch meeting, you were expected to eat before or after and they wouldn't shell out the $100 to feed you. Implemented a new policy to begin in January where work-from-home is prohibited - no exceptions. They've lost a lot of long-term talent due to this. Middle management consists of micromanagers with bad attitudes. IT and Business has yet again become an "us-against-them" dynamic. Offshore resources are not invested so software quality suffers.

Pros

Opportunity for development, rapidly growing organization, good benefits, comfortable work environment, fair compensation

Cons

Can be bureaucratically top heavy, you won't get any opportunity if you don't ask for it or if you don't look for it yourself.

Pros

Great people to work with. Salary is okay and work can be interesting. If Work from home was still an option that would have been a great Pro.

Cons

Hard to move up based on work performance it all depends on who is well liked and often people get picked based on being chummy with the right people and not necessarily for their competence .The benefits are getting more expensive and company pulled all work from home. Management is not very accessible and often relay messages through 3 more people instead of directly. Not many opportunities to move up without having to lead people
