      Most people are great to work with. Management is not great. CEO is horrible. Company morale is at its worst.

      Pros

      People, not management. Benefits are alright, but get more expensive each year.

      Cons

      Almost everything. Morale, CEO, this company is Big Brother are around. HR is horrible. It should be called Management Resources. They give a crap about the employees. They just do, say and side with Management. Most executive management that haven't been there as long (less than 5yrs) have total power trips. Petty, very petty. Control freaks.

      Flexible schedule Friendly team Supervisors are easy to talk to Staff recognition

      Cons

      Mundane day to day work experience Low team morale No raises or very small raises, even while the company reports the higher earnings. No real way to move up, several members have retained their same position for many years (10+) and seemed content doing so. Company gatherings intended bring the team together felt more like a pat on the back for the company.

      Pros

      The office is close to my house. My direct boss is great but has no real power.

      Cons

      Where to start...they make it nearly impossible to work. Our WiFi is always flaky, there's so much spyware on our laptops that pulling files from source control spikes the CPU to 100%, they don't allow Gmail access (not even to read email), all music services are blocked (yet they put us in open workspaces), they won't pay to retain key talent but will pay $30K more to replace people, they don't allow for innovation and only want you to keep cranking out client requests.
