A severe lack of empathy from leadership

Pros

Good Pay Good People The technology and products are fascinating

Cons

Our senior/executive leadership is entirely disconnected from the concerns of employees about the current reentry plan. CoreLogic is forcing ALL mployees to return to the office despite COVID-19 cases skyrocketing across the country. This is happening despite record profit and productivity during the year when most employees are remote. When presented with facts about the rise of cases this fall or employee concerns, they are ignored while plans to head back to the office next month continue. Questions from myself and others have gone unanswered to the black hole that is HR or to our senior leadership who just deflects. Offices across the country are open short cube wall environments that offer little to no protection for employees, all while managers sit in their offices with doors without having to wear a mask all day at their desk. But hey, as long as executives get to sit in their ivory towers with their bonuses, the health, safety, and respect of their employees can go right in the garbage.

Bias and Toxic Workplace

Pros

This company does not offer any pros other than a stable paycheck.

Cons

CoreLogic is a terrible company with a very toxic environment. Management is incompetent and treat employees terribly. My former direct reports constantly made racist remarks and obvious microaggressions towards certain people on the team, along with playing favorites. This behavior has been reported to HR and executive leadership numerous times, but nothing was never done. Over the past three years, there has been constant turnover on the team. Again, this is a red flag that there is a serious problem. It is obvious because this specific job role is placed out on job boards every month. This manager also made our team work in shifts, although everyone was salaried. Team members were also required to submit an email stating why it was a need to work from home when the pandemic started. The antics and behavior that I have witnessed at this company is illegal and unethical.
