      Pros

      The people here are mostly good. Able to leave work at work most of the time. Access to property data to help with personal purchasing!

      Cons

      The people that aren’t included in the good are pretty terrible! No decisions get made because 67 people need to be included and then it just gets left… so nothing really changes. Lack of willingness to collaborate internally

      There are good, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful people that work in our Office and Work Division. The work can be challenging, and there is good incentive to build your Personal and Professional Knowledge for Growth.

      Cons

      There are Inefficiencies in accomplishing deliverables due to lack of clear communication between Clients, Client Delivery, and our Deployment Teams. We sometimes make promises on requests that may not be realistic based on deadlines, causing a drain on resources.
