      I've been working as a Business Analyst here and it’s been an incredible journey so far. The company fosters a supportive and dynamic work environment, allowing ample opportunities for growth and development. The leadership team is approachable and genuinely interested in employees' career progression. The collaborative culture and emphasis on innovation make every project exciting. Moreover, the work-life balance is fantastic, and the team spirit is unmatched. The Half-day well being friday's once a month are so great. I’m proud to be part of such a forward-thinking organization and look forward to many more years here!

      - Workload can be intense during peak project phases which seems like the new normal everywhere - Communication between departments could be improved to streamline processes. Overall, these are minor issues in the grand scheme, and the positives far outweigh the cons.
