      Pros

      Have the ability to work from home time to time. The coffee in the break room is free and some of the co-workers are very nice.

      Cons

      Work too many hours and don't feel appreciated except with the occasional trinkets that they give with their brand or the every no and then group luncheons. Pay raises are terrible and your job description is not defined. There is also inadequate training. They kind of throw you out to the wolves and you have to figure most things out for yourself.

      Pros

      CoreLogic offers ample training for those that are motivated, these training allow an individual to learn the key components of the business and to develop and structure pieces of automation to expand their capacity and skills.

      Cons

      Upper management has become so disconnected from everyday operations that they do not always know what is best for the employee. They base a lot of decision making on small samples of large data but do not fulling understand what data they are looking for or what the integrity of the data is.
