The company as a whole is solid, stable, and making decent progress on their market share in the mainline businesses

Cons

Multiple re-orgs (6mo on avg for the last several years) lead to an environment where no one has true ownership or accountability for anything because they inherit others crap, and pass along their own too often.

Was a good career that allowed me to advance slowly through the years. Trained on new applications when necessary. The staff and teams that I were in were very tight knit and like a family.

Cons

Very hard to get a raise or market value for what you are worth. Corporate took over a majority of the decisions and thought they knew best - outsourcing everyone.
