      Pros

      They have no virtues unless you like to be lied to and be given the run around.

      Cons

      This place is full of yes men that are only trying to protect their jobs at any cost. Managers are in on the biggest lie ever. They say that they have a model that is statistical but offer zero proof of that. They treat their clients poorly and lie to them all the time. They have over priced accounts that they have been taking advantage of for years. They can't develop a product that works.

      A broad array of departments and opportunities to learn the business. Fast-paced and challenging, sometimes micro-managed. Dependent on real estate market, so less staffing and more stress in times of a down market.

      Cons

      Middle management layers add undue stress to front line and spend more time catching the eye of upper management than taking care of business.
