      Built on solid foundation with good products and good people.

      Cons

      Very focused on quarterly earnings and less on long term organic growth. Not enough support for IT development needed for consistent improvement.

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Salary is okay and work can be interesting. If Work from home was still an option that would have been a great Pro.

      Cons

      Hard to move up based on work performance it all depends on who is well liked and often people get picked based on being chummy with the right people and not necessarily for their competence .The benefits are getting more expensive and company pulled all work from home. Management is not very accessible and often relay messages through 3 more people instead of directly. Not many opportunities to move up without having to lead people
